New interim to take on chief executive role at Swindon

Members of Swindon Council have voted to appoint Sam Mowbray as interim chief executive officer.

Members of Swindon Council have voted to appoint Sam Mowbray as interim chief executive officer.

Ms Mowbray has been the council's chief operating officer for three years and will take over from current chief executive officer Susie Kemp next month.
