Interim chief for troubled Thanet

Canterbury City Council’s former top officer Colin Carmichael has been appointed interim chief executive at troubled Thanet DC.

Canterbury City Council's former top officer Colin Carmichael has been appointed interim chief executive at troubled Thanet DC.

Mr Carmichael, who was in charge at Canterbury for more than 25 years, will take over at Thanet on Wednesday.
