Sajid Javid has extended the Government's commitment to match all EU funding agreements signed off up until the time the country leaves the union.

Previously, chancellor Philip Hammond pledged to only fund structural and investment projects signed prior to the Autumn Statement later this month, leaving future proposals in limbo.
