South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse DCs will open their new building to the public on Monday, after an arson attack destroyed their previous offices earlier this year. 

Andrew Main, 47 of Rokemarsh, was sectioned indefinitely under the Mental Health Act last month for the attack on the council offices, a neighbour's cottage, his own home and a funeral parlour.
