Lord Kerslake has called for a pragmatic approach to transparency around devolution deals.

Giving evidence at a select committee hearing on the Communities and Local Government Devolution Bill, the Centre for Public Scrutiny chair demanded that all involved ‘have to be realistic about the extent to which they are going to engage with the public'.
