Homes England has launched a new strategic plan that it said took on board feedback from councils about its approach.

With an increased focus on a ‘place-based' way of working, the Government's housing body said it planned to tailor its powers, funding, expertise and technical capacity to the 'specific challenges' faced in different parts of the country.
