One of Norfolk's longest serving chief executives is to retire from King's Lynn & West Norfolk BC.

Ray Harding's career in local government began in 1996 in Leominster, moving to East Cambs in 1997 before becoming a corporate director at King's Lynn & West Norfolk in 2003.
