A Labour councillor in Oxfordshire has been re-elected after initially believing he had been beaten.

A Labour councillor in Oxfordshire has been re-elected after initially believing he had been beaten. 

Duncan Enright tweeted his disappointment at losing his Witney East seat before a ‘bundle' of papers with his name on were found beneath a pile of Conservative votes.
