The Labour party has turned its focus on public services, with leader Jeremy Corbyn berating seven years of Tory austerity and pledging more than £45bn of investment.

The Labour party has turned its focus on public services, with leader Jeremy Corbyn berating seven years of Tory austerity and pledging more than £45bn of investment. 

Arguing the looming General Election is vital for the NHS, schools and social care, Mr Corbyn claimed five more years of Conservative rule would leave 1.5 million older and vulnerable people with unmet social care needs.
