Lancashire CC has confirmed it will write off £500,000 after a joint venture it invested in folded.

Lancashire CC has confirmed it will write off £500,000 after a joint venture it invested in folded. 

Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen Councils also fronted money for the careers advice and training firm, which collapsed after ‘losing a major contract'.
