A council leader has claimed local authorities are being ‘held to ransom’ by the NHS as he rejected his local sustainability and transformation plan (STP).

A council leader has claimed local authorities are being ‘held to ransom' by the NHS as he rejected his local sustainability and transformation plan (STP).

Ealing LBC leader Julian Bell and Hammersmith & Fulham leader Steve Cowan rejected the North West London STP last week.
