Hampshire leaders have clashed over plans for reorganisation after county leader Roy Perry proposed a single county-wide unitary.

Hampshire leaders have clashed over plans for reorganisation after county leader Roy Perry proposed a single county-wide unitary.

Portsmouth City Council leader Donna Jones, who has spoken with communities secretary Greg Clark about a unitary council for the Solent, described Cllr Perry's plan as ‘localism in reverse'.
