Local Government Association (LGA) deputy chief executive Sally Burlington has announced she is to leave the organisation.

Local Government Association (LGA) deputy chief executive Sally Burlington has announced she is to leave the organisation.

Burlington, who is also the LGA's director of policy, will take up the role of chief executive at the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS) when she departs later this year.
