Moving powers from the capital to the regions is more important than moving civil servants, the chair of the Local Government Association (LGA) has said.

Moving powers from London to the regions is more important than moving civil servants, the chair of the Local Government Association (LGA) has said.

Cllr James Jamieson made the comment following reports the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government was preparing to open offices in Wolverhampton.
