The Local Government Association’s very own leadership election is underway with three Conservative candidates throwing their hats into the ring to become the next chairman.

Central Bedfordshire Council leader James Jamieson, Hillingdon LBC deputy leader David Simmonds, and Sevenoaks DC leader Peter Fleming are all in the running to take on the top post.
