Liverpool begins management restructure

Liverpool City Council has appointed Ian Williams as corporate director for finance and resources as part of a restructure of its senior management.

Liverpool City Council has appointed Ian Williams as corporate director for finance and resources as part of a restructure of its senior management.

Mr Williams will join the council from Hackney LBC, where he has spent 14 years as group director for finance and corporate services.
