Former MJ local authority of the year award winner, Martin Esom, is set to retire.

Former MJ local authority of the year award winner, Martin Esom, is set to retire.

Currently London's longest-serving chief executive, Mr Esom is to leave his role at Waltham Forest at the end of 2023.
