London borough chief to depart

The chief executive of Tower Hamlets LBC, Will Tuckley, is to step down, the authority has announced.

The chief executive of Tower Hamlets LBC, Will Tuckley, is to stand down, the authority has announced.

He will leave the council by mutual agreement on 2 March after more than seven years in the role.
