London borough wins injunction against unlawful campsites

The High Court has issued an injunction banning 23 named defendants and ‘persons unknown’ from setting up unlawful campsites and fly-tipping.

The High Court has issued an injunction banning 23 named defendants and ‘persons unknown' from setting up unlawful campsites and fly-tipping.

Barking & Dagenham LBC claims it is the first such injunction in England and Wales.
