Current funding levels to the capital are 'unsustainable' as boroughs face a £2bn hole in their finances, London Councils has warned.

In its submission to the Treasury ahead of the Autumn Statement next month, the organisation claimed boroughs were having the biggest reduction in ‘core spending power' of all regions.
