Ministers must stop flip-flopping over commercial deals

Heather Jameson says ministers should 'stop the policy flip-flop over commercialisation – choose a stance and stick with it'.

Commercialisation is the new council tax.

Not because it provides funding for local government, but because it is the next great smoke screen that central Government can hide behind while it pretends it provides local government with plenty of cash.
