The UK's biggest cities have urged ministers to embrace an ambitious devolution agenda and not ‘merely level up' powers across the country. 

London Councils and Core Cities UK joined forces to call on the Government to ‘seize the opportunity' and harness the potential of the nation's cities to ‘reposition the UK internationally'.
