NAO: Government children's services reforms unsuccessful

Auditors have blasted government attempts to rectify failure within children’s services, warning that reforms since 2010 have been unsuccessful and interventions have come too late.

Auditors have blasted government attempts to rectify failure within children's services, warning that reforms since 2010 have been unsuccessful and interventions have come too late. 

A National Audit Office (NAO) report today said the Department for Education's (DfE) reforms since 2010 have failed to result in better outcomes.
