Neighbourhoods Enforcement Manager (Peterborough)

Bayard Place. An exciting opportunity has arisen to manage and lead a highly motivated Neighbourhood Enforcement team tackling housing, pollution, environmental and parking contraventions across the city.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with extensive experience of successfully managing a multi-skilled regulatory team.

Key duties include:

* Developing, and managing enforcement services to improve outcomes and quality of life of communities

* Developing and embedding a culture of customer service and proactive customer engagement

* Developing innovative and creative solutions in addition to best practice to ensure effective outcomes and value for money

* Developing and implementing an holistic enforcement approach

* Ensuing through partnership working that service delivery effectiveness is maximised.
