North Yorkshire CC has backed calls for a social care premium to resolve the ‘existential crisis’ facing the sector.

North Yorkshire CC has backed calls for a social care premium to resolve the ‘existential crisis' facing the sector.

The appeal is made in a letter signed by leader Cllr Carl Les, chief executive Richard Flinton and social care executive member, Cllr Michael Harrison.
