Northamptonshire unitary unveils top team

George Candler has been appointed interim chief executive by the West Northamptonshire Shadow Authority.

George Candler has been appointed interim chief executive by the West Northamptonshire Shadow Authority.

Currently chief of Northampton BC, he will be joined by Susan Zeiss as interim monitoring officer and Martin Henry as interim chief finance officer and Section 151 officer.
