Northamptonshire CC has published its draft budget for 2020/2021 amid concerns over children's services and roads maintenance.

Northamptonshire CC has published its draft budget for 2020/2021, amid concerns over children's services and roads maintenance.

The council will hand over to two new unitary authorities in April 2021 in a countywide reorganisation of local government.
