A housing company owned by Norwich City Council is facing making a loss on its first scheme.

A housing company owned by Norwich City Council is facing making a loss on its first scheme.

Norwich Regeneration was established in 2015 as a wholly-owned company with the aim of generating income, in addition to providing housing and ‘good private landlord practice'.
