Nottingham City narrows gender pay gap

Nottingham City Council has narrowed its gender pay gap to a mean average pay gap of 3.1%, down from 4.2% last year.

Nottingham City Council has narrowed its gender pay gap to a mean average pay gap of 3.1%, down from 4.2% last year.

The council said it now has no difference between what middle earning men and women are paid at the council. Across the whole council, women earn an average of just under 97p per pound earned by male colleagues.
