Ombudsmen have welcomed the Government’s proposed reforms to the ‘complex and fragmented’ complaints system.

Ombudsmen have welcomed the Government's proposed reforms to the ‘complex and fragmented' complaints system.

Minister for the constitution, Chris Skidmore, today unveiled a draft Bill outlining plans to establish a new Public Service Ombudsman in a bid to simplify the complaints system and make it more accessible.
