Ombudsmen have welcomed the Government's proposed reforms to the ‘complex and fragmented' complaints system.

Minister for the constitution, Chris Skidmore, today unveiled a draft Bill outlining plans to establish a new Public Service Ombudsman in a bid to simplify the complaints system and make it more accessible.
