Birmingham City Council chief executive Mark Rogers has urged his authority to take ownership of implementing its improvement plan.

Birmingham City Council chief executive Mark Rogers has urged his authority to take ownership of implementing its improvement plan.

Mr Rogers is ultimately responsible for carrying through the plan, which was approved by the council's cabinet this week after being ‘developed at pace'.
