Oxfordshire appoints Stephen Chandler as interim chief executive

Mr Chandler is also the president of the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services.

Oxfordshire CC has appointed Stephen Chandler as its interim chief executive.

Mr Chandler, who is also the president of the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services, joined Oxfordshire in September 2019 from Somerset CC as director of adult social care.
