Partnership working and collaboration will always be critical

Structural reform on its own won’t achieve strong and more inclusive local economies and a system-wide approach to public services – culture, relationships and ways of working will be equally important to success, says Caroline Green.

The forthcoming Devolution White Paper and the 10-year plan for the NHS are both key strategies in the debate about how we develop strong and more inclusive local economies and a place and person-based, prevention-led, system-wide approach to public services.

Structural reform won't achieve this alone – equally important to success will be culture, relationships and ways of working.
