Stirling Council must have better processes for evaluating and reporting its performance so it can identify how to improve, a report by the Accounts Commission has said.

Stirling Council must have better processes for evaluating and reporting its performance so it can identify how to improve, a report by the Accounts Commission has said.

The commission said there was a lack of progress in this area since it last reported on Stirling in 2011.
