How can local government continue to attract talent into the top roles, asks Adele Taylor

We are on the hunt for apprentices at my council. I am very excited about this as getting young people interested in careers in local government is a topic I am particularly passionate about.

In fact, I am passionate about attracting new talent into the public sector world whatever stage people may be at in their career.
