Pickles: Porsche chief was having mid-life crisis

Communities secretary Eric Pickles has suggested the former chief executive of Pembrokeshire CC was ‘suffering from a mid-life crisis’ in getting a taxpayer-funded £90,000 Porsche.

Communities secretary Eric Pickles has suggested the former chief executive of Pembrokeshire CC was ‘suffering from a mid-life crisis' in getting a taxpayer-funded £90,000 Porsche.

The council confirmed last year that Bryn Parry-Jones was allowed to use the sports car.
