Plan to deliver 400 new homes by 2020

A remodelling of Wolverhampton City Council’s 30-year business plan for its housing revenue account (HRA) could deliver an extra 400 new homes by 2020.

A remodelling of Wolverhampton City Council's 30-year business plan for its housing revenue account (HRA) could deliver an extra 400 new homes by 2020.

The Government's proposed reduction in social rents for council tenants announced last year left Wolverhampton with a £622m shortfall in its HRA business plan.
