Chief executives in Bradford, Harrogate, Leeds, and the chief executive officer of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy are among those to have been recognised in the Queen’s New Year Honours.

Chief executives in Bradford, Harrogate, Leeds, and the chief executive officer of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy are among those to have been recognised in the Queen's New Year Honours.

Leeds City Council's chief executive, Tom Riordan, said he was ‘extremely humbled' to be awarded a CBE for services to local government.
