Arrangements for distributing asylum seekers could be enshrined in law, the refugees minister has announced.

Arrangements for distributing asylum seekers could be enshrined in law, the refugees minister has announced. 

Speaking in the House of Commons, Richard Harrington, said he hoped dispersal arrangements remained voluntary but hinted they may be enshrined in legislation.
