Richmond and Wandsworth's joint chief to leave

Richmond and Wandsworth councils' chief executive Paul Martin has announced his decision to step down from his position.

Richmond and Wandsworth councils' chief executive Paul Martin has announced his decision to step down from his position.

Mr Martin joined Wandsworth in 2010 and since 2016 has also been chief executive of Richmond upon Thames LBC in a shared staffing arrangement.
