Rutland chief announces retirement

Helen Briggs said it had been an 'honour’ to serve the council for 13 years.

Rutland CC's chief executive, Helen Briggs, today announced her intention to retire from the council.

Ms Briggs has served as chief executive of Rutland for more than 13 years and will leave her role in August.
