The children's commissioner has criticised Labour's schools Bill, arguing it does not include details on how councils would cope with the extra responsibilities. 

Rachel De Souza wrote a letter ahead of giving evidence at a Public Bill Committee last week on the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill.
