Four Seasons hands 44 care homes to rivals

The facilities will be transferred to Roseberry Care Centres, Belsize Healthcare and Harbour Healthcare under an agreement with one of its largest landlords.

Four Seasons has handed 44 of its care homes to rival operators.

The group's administrators Alvarez & Marsal has announced that 44 operating homes and 13 closed facilities will be transferred to Roseberry Care Centres, Belsize Healthcare and Harbour Healthcare under an agreement with one of its largest landlords.
