'Significant challenges' remain for Rotherham

‘Significant further improvements’ are needed before full powers are restored to Rotherham MBC, communities secretary Greg Clark said yesterday.

‘Significant further improvements' are needed before full powers are restored to Rotherham MBC, communities secretary Greg Clark said yesterday.

Mr Clark was speaking as he announced plans to return responsibility for the running of a limited number of services to the council.
