Harry Phibbs analyses Michael Gove's recent speech at The Spectator conference

Education Secretary Michael Gove spoke at The Spectator conference on school reform on 15 March and announced that there were now 465 schools with academy status in our country.

They represent over 10% of secondary schools. The number is rising fast. In January it was 407, while a year earlier it was 203.
