Predictions that moving responsibility for social impact bonds (SIB) out of the Cabinet Office would have a negative impact have been borne out, it has been suggested.
Akinchan Jain, a senior financial officer at the World Bank, said last month that SIBs ‘haven't lived up to their true potential'.
