SOLACE names interim chair

The Society of Local Authority Chief Executives has named Gavin Jones as its new interim chair.

The Society of Local Authority Chief Executives (SOLACE) has named Gavin Jones as its new interim chair.

The Essex CC boss was appointed as Gateshead MBC chief Jane Robinson prepared to move onto her new role as Durham University's chief operating officer.
