Broxbourne BC and Hertfordshire CC have selected Sovereign Centros as their development partner for a £400m development.

The mixed-use Brookfield Riverside project will include 250 homes, backed up by a new road infrastructure and potential links with Crossrail 2 to effectively create a new town centre
