St Helens chief executive to retire

St Helens MBC chief executive Kath O’Dwyer has announced she is to retire later this year.

St Helens MBC chief executive Kath O'Dwyer has announced she is to retire later this year.

O'Dwyer will stand down at the end of March, following 42 years of public service.
