Stirling appoints chief executive

Stirling Council has announced the appointment of Caroline Sinclair as its chief executive.

Stirling Council has announced the appointment of Caroline Sinclair as its chief executive.

Sinclair is currently chief officer of East Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership and will take up the role this summer.
